With my very own name on it! And with my Chinese address.
It came all the way from Wuhan.
Inside?
I can't even tell you how thrilled I am!
To make this happen, I Zoomed all the way over to Wuhan to meet with President Meyer. Then a few days later, I Zoomed over to Chengdu to meet with President Nish. (Well, technically, we conferenced on WeChat for that.)
They were very fast trips; I was back in less than an hour both times.
Pretty cool, I think!
Note: President Meyer has authorization to sign for the District Presidency so the actual paper was only in one hand--we finished the process on Sunday afternoon and I had it by Tuesday afternoon. They don't call them Kuai Dis for nothing! (Kuai dis are the delivery services here; kuai means quick in Chinese.)
How thankful I am that this is possible under the conditions we function here in China.
What a blessing!
